Our wounded warriors are entitled to compensation for their service-connected disabilities. ADVOCATE was founded to ensure that the government delivers to our nation's 25 million veterans and active duty personnel, the benefits to which they are entitled.
ADVOCATE is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides legal services to disabled U.S. Veterans, located anywhere in the country. We fight to win maximum benefits for the Veteran's total disability claim, from the earliest possible effective date.
We have a team of highly trained veteran disability lawyers, who are also seasoned litigators. If you have been denied compensation by the VA, contact us to request an evaluation of your claim. ADVOCATE provides many legal services to Veterans, including the initiation of a claim and appeals to the US CAVC and Federal Circuit, on a pro bono basis, meaning there is no cost to the Veteran or their family.
