ADVOCATE is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, committed to serving our Wounded Warriors. A visible need for legal support in the Veteran community inspired the creation of ADVOCATE. Founded by a civil litigator passionate about Veteran Advocacy, ADVOCATE is now a team of experienced litigators specifically trained in Veteran disability law. We provide each Veteran with an attorney starting from initiating a claim, to the initial claim denial from VA, to an appeal in federal court - at no cost to the Veteran. This is ADVOCATE's promise to our country's service members.
ADVOCATE attorneys are skilled in appellate advocacy, have extensive knowledge of Veteran disability law, and are passionate about supporting our nations' Veterans. We are equipped to handle appeals at any Regional Office (RO), the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (US CAVC), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. We are headquartered in Washington, D.C., but can represent American Veterans located anywhere in the world.
